Because of his passion for helping people, Mike became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2002. He has over 25 years of experience helping people through difficult issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, divorce and addiction. He enjoys helping families to adopt, and he believes it is very important to give back to our veterans by providing them with the highest quality of care.

Mike is a Christian and has had the honor of walking side by side with Christian leaders as they work their way through difficult times. He greatly enjoys helping families wade through the challenges of parenting children, and likes to joke that he “speaks teen.”

Mike is a family man. He and his wife have been together 25 years. He is a devoted father of two daughters. During his off time, Mike loves tinkering in his shop. He's an amatuer furniture designer and builder, knife maker and welder. He loves pickleball, mountain biking and being out in nature.
